DAMAC Hills is home to a mix of contemporary villas and larger family residences, with layouts that often include generous living areas, multiple bedrooms, private gardens and outdoor spaces. Designing these homes is about making the most of the available space while creating interiors that feel considered, comfortable and personal.

Design Narrative

This project is a study in elemental harmony, where modern minimalism meets the subtle richness of natural materials. Sculpted forms and a restrained palette create a serene environment, while light reveals the inherent beauty of stone, wood and refined surfaces. Spaces flow seamlessly, with each element contributing to a cohesive expression of understated luxury.

Set within the green, golf-oriented setting of DAMAC Hills, the villa was conceived as a private retreat with a strong connection to its surroundings.

Here, minimalism is not about absence, but the thoughtful curation of essential elements, resulting in a residence that feels both visually captivating and deeply calming. Modern sensibilities are grounded in the timeless elegance of natural forms and textures.
